Key Responsibilities:
- Perform meaningful data analysis using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and SQL while maintaining product data integrity to support Honeywell’s New Product Development (NPD) and Global Data Management (GDM) initiatives.
- Drive New Product Development (NPD) Management Operating Systems (MOS) by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality product data is maintained in the systems of record.
- Analyze business data and prepare insightful, data-driven reports for leadership to identify improvement opportunities and support the achievement of organic growth objectives.
- Define and enhance the Accelerator digital architecture framework by driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing change control processes for Global Data Management (GDM), and ensuring superior performance across key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Partner with Honeywell Commercial Teams to digitize business roadmaps and implement data-driven solutions that accelerate organic growth.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Business Transformation, or Data & Analytics within a corporate environment or a top-tier consulting firm.
- Experience working in a large global industrial organization.
- Proven experience managing global product portfolios and driving change management initiatives.
- Strong expertise in data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and SQL.
- Ability to integrate critical business information and drive the adoption of advanced strategies, technologies, principles, and processes across the organization.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on diverse projects within a matrix organizational structure, including collaboration across global teams with solid and dotted-line reporting relationships.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to define and implement business growth strategies.
- Ability to independently lead cross-functional strategic initiatives while collaborating effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
- Experience handling large datasets, developing interactive dashboards, and delivering meaningful business insights through analytics.
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and a strong understanding of Honeywell processes and workflows.
- Experience establishing and managing effective Management Operating Systems (MOS).
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a complex global business environment while building strong cross-functional and geographically dispersed relationships.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder influencing skills.
- A Master’s degree is preferred.
