Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Technical Program Managers and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Python, C#/.NET, SQL, and modern web technologies.
- Develop and enhance web applications, APIs, desktop applications, and automation solutions using Python and .NET frameworks.
- Build responsive, interactive, and user-friendly front-end components using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
- Develop, validate, and refine application prototypes and proof-of-concepts to support solution design and technical decision-making.
- Deploy, manage, and maintain applications across cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Perform unit testing, functional testing, debugging, performance validation, and issue resolution to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Support DevOps activities, including application deployments, performance monitoring, code releases, and the development of deployment scripts and automation templates.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance existing applications and address evolving business requirements.
- Participate actively in daily stand-up meetings, technical discussions, team collaboration sessions, and problem-solving activities.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, deliverables, dependencies, and risks to project leadership.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives by participating in hackathons, developing prototypes, and exploring new technologies and technical solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1–3 years of experience in web or application development using Python and/or C#/.NET, Web APIs, and SQL Server.
- Proficiency in C#/.NET, Python, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience developing web applications, desktop applications, and APIs using Python frameworks such as Flask or Django, with exposure to C#/.NET application development.
- Strong understanding of full-stack application architecture, including front-end, back-end, database, and API integration.
- Experience deploying and managing applications on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Proficiency in development and collaboration tools such as Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server (TFS), and Azure DevOps.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Azure deployment pipelines, source code management, and deployment processes.
- Exposure to data science projects and analytics-based solutions.
- Experience developing application prototypes and proof-of-concept (POC) solutions.
- Knowledge of unit testing, functional testing, debugging, performance validation, and issue resolution.
- Experience preparing technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Visio.
- Experience collaborating with functional, development, and testing teams in a structured software delivery environment.
