Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply current product, industry, and market knowledge to support regulatory reporting activities.
  • Consolidate, review, and analyze quarterly financial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Perform quarter-over-quarter variance analysis to identify financial trends and key business insights.
  • Coordinate data collection and quarterly business reporting with business units, Regulatory Controllers, and reporting teams.
  • Assist in assessing reporting issues, identifying root causes, and recommending appropriate resolutions.
  • Communicate financial information clearly to business stakeholders and proactively identify and escalate potential reporting issues.
  • Participate in the preparation, review, and submission of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual regulatory reports for various regulatory agencies.
  • Support the production of regulatory reports used by authorities to compile domestic and international portfolio position statistics.
  • Interpret regulatory requirements and ensure compliance by coordinating the implementation of internal policies and external regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a finance environment with exposure to accounting, financial statements, or regulatory reporting.
  • Knowledge of Product Control, Financial Control, or regulatory reporting is an added advantage.
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, diverse, and global teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
  • Project management knowledge or experience is desirable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx is preferred.
  • Experience with discounted cash flow (DCF) valuation is an added advantage.
  • Flexibility to work in APAC shifts.
