Role Description:
- Design and deliver change management interventions, including communications, training, user support, and organizational alignment activities.
- Develop and execute change management plans by conducting audience analysis, monitoring change readiness, tracking adoption, and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate change and implementation risks while supporting the early realization of business benefits.
- Manage the implementation of change initiatives by planning, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on deployment activities to maximize benefits and minimize operational risks.
- Collaborate with Change Delivery teams and business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate Management Information (MI) change requirements.
- Own and deliver assigned change requests, business analysis activities, and project deliverables within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Support Project Managers and Product Owners in initiating, planning, and shaping projects in alignment with the organization’s Change Framework methodology.
- Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including business cases, project requirements, project plans, governance frameworks, and operating models.
- Coordinate and manage key testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that test strategies, test plans, and test scripts are effectively developed and executed.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate them to the Project Manager or Product Owner as appropriate.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement and ongoing evolution of the Management Information (MI) Change team and its processes.

- Possess strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and systems impact analysis.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of management information, management accounting, and financial accounting processes.
- Have hands-on experience with core finance tools such as TM1, Saracen, or similar financial systems.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Demonstrate a strong aptitude for understanding complex business systems, identifying improvement opportunities, and leveraging digital technologies to deliver effective solutions.
- Possess proficiency in, or a strong willingness to learn, adopt, and train others on emerging technologies such as Cloud platforms, Python, BigQuery, SQL, Qlik, and other data visualization tools.

- Hold a professional accounting qualification from a recognized accounting body.
- Possess a recognized Project Management certification.
- Hold a professional Business Analysis certification.
- Possess a recognized Process Improvement certification.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and practices.
