Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and implement software solutions and internal applications that support financial planning, analysis, and other business processes throughout the software development life cycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and develop effective solutions for complex business and technical challenges.
- Partner with internal business teams to define system strategies, establish delivery roadmaps, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality and predictable outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and direction to a small team of engineers, helping to prioritize initiatives and drive successful project execution.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in designing, developing, and integrating internal and third-party applications.
- Proven experience in driving engineering initiatives and defining architectural strategies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Hands-on experience working with cloud platforms and cloud-based technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Experience supporting Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) functions or similar finance engineering domains.
- Experience working with large-scale databases and developing data pipelines capable of processing and aggregating millions of events daily.
- Experience integrating custom-built solutions with vendor products, particularly within finance-related business processes.
- Strong experience in cloud application development, preferably using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and associated technologies.
- Familiarity with enterprise planning and ERP solutions such as Anaplan and SAP.
