Key Responsibilities:
GP KPIs, Metrics & Program Reporting:
- Support Global Procurement (GP) KPI frameworks by ensuring that metric definitions, data sources, and calculation methodologies are clearly documented, standardized, and auditable.
- Enable consistent and reliable program and transformation reporting by improving data quality, transparency, and governance practices.
- Collaborate with GP program owners to align reporting requirements with governed data sources and approved business definitions.
Data Governance & Quality Operations:
- Execute day-to-day procurement data governance activities, including data stewardship support, data quality monitoring, issue management, and remediation tracking.
- Support the procurement data stewardship operating model by maintaining governance routines, escalation processes, and related documentation.
- Define, maintain, and enhance governance artifacts such as business glossaries, critical data elements, and business rules for key procurement datasets.
- Monitor and report data quality KPIs, including completeness, accuracy, duplication, and timeliness, while supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions with data and process owners.
Procurement Master Data Management:
- Perform procurement master data cleansing, standardization, and maintenance activities across supplier, category, material, contract, and reference data domains.
- Coordinate with Master Data teams and business process owners to resolve data quality issues at the source and implement preventive measures.
- Support the continuous improvement of procurement master data processes, controls, and governance practices.
AI-Ready Procurement Data Enablement:
- Contribute to the development and execution of procurement master data strategies that enable AI, automation, and advanced analytics initiatives.
- Partner with Analytics and AI teams to translate business use cases into actionable data governance, master data, and data quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure procurement data is properly structured, classified, and governed to support AI readiness, with clearly defined ownership, business definitions, and quality standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between Global Procurement, Analytics, AI, Master Data, and IT teams to address data-related requirements and challenges.
- Support the alignment of procurement-specific data governance practices with enterprise-wide data governance standards and policies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or professional certification in Data Management, Analytics, or Data Governance is preferred.
- Hands-on experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Snowflake.
Experience:
- 3–4 years of experience in data quality, analytics, reporting, or related data management roles.
- Practical experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and data quality operations, preferably within Procurement or Supply Chain domains.
- Basic knowledge of Business Intelligence and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an added advantage.
- Experience supporting KPI frameworks, metric definitions, performance measurement, and program reporting initiatives.
- Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, data governance, or data readiness programs is highly desirable.
