Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis, quality assurance, and end-to-end delivery activities across complex payment initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable, and testable functional specifications.
- Collaborate with business, technology, compliance, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage solution delivery from requirements gathering through testing, implementation, and post-production support.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management standards, and operational readiness objectives.
- Validate test results across payment platforms to ensure accuracy, compliance, and deployment readiness.
- Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, vendors, tools, and environments to support successful project execution.
- Identify defects early in the delivery lifecycle, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely issue resolution.
- Support the implementation and optimization of high-value payment systems, messaging standards, and settlement processes, including Canada Lynx, SWIFT, and Fedwire.
- Utilize Agile methodologies and adopt a Product Owner mindset to support effective project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Apply Shift-Left testing methodologies and best practices to improve quality and reduce delivery risks.
- Leverage collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, JTMF, Confluence, and Microsoft Office to track, manage, and communicate project progress.
