Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct AML due diligence reviews and perform Anti-Money Laundering risk assessments, ensuring appropriate remedial actions are implemented.
- Execute AML and International Trade Control (ITC) screening activities, manage alerts, and perform risk monitoring and quality assurance checks.
- Conduct research, verify information, and analyze data to reach accurate and well-supported conclusions.
- Maintain high standards of quality and compliance by adhering to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and established procedures.
- Stay current with global Anti-Money Laundering regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Identify, escalate, and report potential compliance breaches, including suspicious activities, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Support team management by contributing to the enhancement of processes, procedures, and operational tools.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and simplification to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related discipline.
- Exposure to Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with AML/KYC tools and platforms is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results within established timelines.
