Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize application development concepts, methodologies, and technical knowledge to identify, analyze, and implement system enhancements.
- Investigate technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective solutions to address business and system requirements.
- Apply knowledge of business processes, system workflows, and industry standards to resolve complex technical and operational challenges.
- Analyze data and system information to make informed recommendations for process improvements and solution optimization.
- Perform testing, debugging, and code development activities, including the use of scripting tools and basic programming techniques to support design specifications.
- Evaluate alternative approaches and leverage prior experience to address situations not fully covered by established procedures.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of enterprise information systems, application development practices, network operations, database administration, systems administration, data center operations, and PC-based technologies.
- Assess and manage risks associated with business decisions by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies while maintaining high ethical standards and safeguarding company assets, clients, and reputation.
- Identify, escalate, manage, and report control issues in a transparent manner to support effective risk management and regulatory compliance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent practical experience.
Required Skills:
- Possess 0–2 years of relevant experience in application development or a related technical field.
- Demonstrate experience in programming, debugging, and supporting business applications.
- Maintain a working knowledge of industry practices, standards, and development methodologies.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of business processes and functional requirements relevant to application development.
- Possess working knowledge of programming languages and software development concepts.
- Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
