Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance system software components, including operating systems, compilers, networking tools, utilities, databases, and internet-related applications.
- Implement software updates, modifications, and code changes for assigned modules and subsystems.
- Execute predefined test plans and validation procedures to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Identify, troubleshoot, log, and resolve software defects and technical issues in assigned code areas.
- Collaborate with internal and outsourced development teams on software system design and development activities.
- Participate in project teams to deliver reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions for low to moderately complex products.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
- 0–2 years of experience in software development or related technical roles.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Basic understanding of software system design tools, technologies, and programming languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Understanding of software design principles for applications running across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with basic coding, testing, and debugging processes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English and the local language.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of cloud architectures and distributed computing.
- Understanding of development fundamentals and full stack development.
- Familiarity with DevOps, testing, and automation practices.
- Understanding of microservices and solution design concepts.
- Awareness of security-first development and UX principles.
- Exposure to design thinking and cross-domain knowledge.
