Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day manufacturing line operations to ensure smooth and efficient production activities.
  • Identify and resolve quality issues arising on the production line in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all equipment calibration activities are completed as per the defined schedule.
  • Review, maintain, and document calibration reports for compliance and traceability.
  • Perform verification and validation activities related to equipment and production processes.
  • Prepare and maintain validation and verification reports as per quality standards.
  • Support equipment installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
  • Assist in ordering tools and equipment required for manufacturing operations.
  • Support the closure of non-conforming material reports on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Manage and monitor the non-conforming products area to ensure proper segregation and tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and supplier quality engineering teams to resolve quality issues and manage rejected materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for part rejection follow-ups and rework activities in collaboration with the production team.
  • Support the preparation and revision control of work instructions and related documentation.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining Device History Records (DHR) with proper revision tracking.
  • Support engineering change communications and document distribution across cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct training sessions for the manufacturing team on updates and changes in work instructions.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve quality, cost efficiency, and productivity.
  • Support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives as an active team member.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory records of capital goods and ensure proper traceability.
  • Execute Poka-Yoke projects related to jigs and fixtures to simplify and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Support the implementation of Kaizen initiatives across manufacturing lines.
  • Assist manufacturing teams in driving Lean Action Workouts and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Other Relevant Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with site Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and work instructions.
  • Adhere to site Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with site HR and administrative policies and guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Hold a B.E./ B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant work experience are eligible to apply.
