Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed business analysis by identifying problems, evaluating opportunities, and recommending effective solutions.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent delivery of committed deliverables by maintaining attention to detail and adhering to Agile development methodologies.
  • Develop and enhance testing scenarios to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of existing processes.
  • Optimize business processes by aligning solutions with stakeholder expectations and organizational objectives.
  • Demonstrate strong functional knowledge and domain expertise to support business and operational requirements.
  • Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective resolutions.
  • Utilize knowledge of SQL and Change & Release Management processes to support business and technical operations.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful project execution.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Possess experience in operational risk management within a post-trade environment, which is considered an added advantage.
  • Demonstrate experience working with various Lines of Defense (LOD1 and LOD2) frameworks and stakeholders.
  • Exhibit strong understanding and experience of the trade lifecycle process.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent delivery of committed deliverables through strong attention to detail and adherence to Agile development methodologies.
  • Develop and enhance testing scenarios to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of existing processes.
  • Optimize existing business processes by aligning outcomes with stakeholder expectations and business objectives.
  • Demonstrate strong functional knowledge and domain expertise relevant to the role.
  • Apply excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address business and operational challenges.
  • Possess working knowledge of SQL and Change & Release Management processes.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve project and business goals.
  • Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, ownership, and proactive work ethic.
