Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess strong expertise across various HR Operations (HRO) domains including Travel, Insurance, Health & Welfare, COBRA, Medicare, HIPAA, 401(k), Payroll, Visa & Immigration, Onboarding, Recruitment, US HR Policies, Severance Pay, Mass Termination, US Taxes, W2/W4 processing, and Full & Final settlements to provide first-level employee support.
  • Perform day-to-day HR operations activities and manage employee helpdesk support efficiently.
  • Handle international transfers, temporary employee conversions, and internal employee transfer processes.
  • Manage employee personal information updates including citizenship, marital status, preferred name, legal name, and educational qualifications.
  • Process organizational changes such as manager changes, position updates, job title modifications, shift changes, and cost center/code updates.
  • Assist managers in initiating and processing employee lifecycle transactions.
  • Coordinate with the staffing team to resolve discrepancies related to new hires.
  • Manage termination processing for regular full-time employees (RFT), interns, temporary staff, consultants, and contractors.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Business Analytics is preferred.

Certifications:

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from Symbiosis Institute of Distance Learning.
  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
  • SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in employee consultation and employee relations management.
  • Proficiency in employee data management and maintaining HR records accurately.
  • Ability to enhance employee experience through effective HR practices and support.
  • Experience in handling employee grievances and resolving workplace concerns professionally.
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation processes and performance management systems.
  • Strong understanding of Performance Management (PM) frameworks and employee assessment practices.
