Key Responsibilities:
- Define system scope and objectives by leveraging knowledge of information technology and industry requirements.
- Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams, utilizing strong communication skills to gather, document, analyze, and validate business processes and solution requirements.
- Conduct research to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with up to 2 years of experience.

- Possess 2 or more years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in requirements determination using structured techniques for documentation, analysis, evaluation, and validation.
- Ability to decompose high-level information into detailed, actionable components.
- Skilled in abstracting low-level information into meaningful insights.
- Capable of distinguishing between business requests and actual business needs.
- Ability to differentiate between requirements and proposed solutions.
- Proficient in classifying and prioritizing requirements based on business impact.
- Experienced in managing requirement changes and maintaining traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ability to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Apply creative thinking to solve complex business and technical problems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess experience within a relevant industry domain.
Specialized Skills:
- Experienced in developing structured user manuals and conducting training sessions.
- Proficient in business rules modeling and documentation.
