Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with a designated group of sellers, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand frequently asked seller queries and provide prompt and accurate responses to ensure smooth onboarding readiness.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the onboarding process and conduct training sessions to guide sellers effectively.
- Assist sellers with queries and initiate service tickets when required, while collaborating with the Seller Accounts team to resolve open issues.
- Understand processes related to packaging, payment terms and frequency, and account reconciliations, and clearly explain net settlement details to sellers.
- Learn and apply system-driven ungating logic for sellers preparing to go live on the platform.
- Guide sellers in understanding and effectively using the Seller Dashboard, including payment calculations.
- Educate sellers about available offers and assist them with the opt-in process.
- Support sellers in uploading inventory on seller portals and continuously monitor the process for accuracy and completeness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Undergraduate degree (UG) in any relevant discipline.
Experience:
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
- Possess proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to deliver training sessions and effectively present information using training decks to sellers.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of business operations and marketplace operations.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
