Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain GenAI-powered digital assistants leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent-based architectures.
- Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and engineers to design and implement digital assistant capabilities on the Joule platform.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of LLM-based applications and their supporting technologies.
- Implement CI/CD automation for deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement, preferably using tools such as Jenkins.
- Optimize workflows and enhance developer experience to improve efficiency and overall user satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in machine learning, AI engineering, and data science.
- Exhibit proficiency in Python, machine learning frameworks, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agentic AI, Joule, Business Data Cloud (BDC), Application-to-Application (A2A) integrations, and modern MLOps/LLMOps practices.
- Possess solid expertise in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines and associated tooling.
- Have experience in building cloud-native applications, preferably on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Demonstrate practical experience in prompt engineering and working with large language models (LLMs).
- Maintain a strong understanding of ML/AI concepts, along with proficiency in YAML for configuration-driven workflows.
- Possess knowledge of functional domains, with preference given to experience in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
- Exhibit excellent communication and storytelling skills to effectively present technical progress and business impact to non-technical stakeholders.
- Show a strong inclination toward collaborative development, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary environments spanning design, engineering, and business strategy.
