Key Responsibilities:
- Data Engineering: Gather and integrate data from multiple sources, performing data cleaning and transformation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and readiness for analysis and AI model training.
- Data Analysis & AI-Driven Insights: Analyze datasets using statistical techniques and AI tools to identify trends, patterns, and predictive insights that support strategic business decisions.
- Reporting and Visualization: Design and develop interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate analytical findings and AI-driven insights to stakeholders.
- AI & Machine Learning Development: Support the development, testing, and optimization of machine learning models and AI algorithms to address business challenges and opportunities.
- Data Governance & Stewardship: Collaborate with data stewards to maintain data quality, ensure data integrity, and support governance initiatives across analytics and AI systems.
- Data Policy & Standards: Assist in developing and implementing data governance policies, standards, and procedures for both analytics and AI/ML initiatives.
- Data Quality & Validation: Monitor and evaluate data quality across systems, implementing validation checks to ensure consistency and reliability for analytics and AI applications.
- Research & Innovation: Explore emerging data technologies, AI tools, and best practices to enhance analytical capabilities and drive innovation in data-driven solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and support analytics and AI-driven projects.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management: Document processes, methodologies, model performance, and insights to ensure knowledge sharing and effective team collaboration.
- Continuous Learning: Continuously enhance skills in data analysis, AI/ML techniques, and industry trends through training, self-learning, and hands-on experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Be currently pursuing a B.Tech or M.Tech degree in a technical field such as Data Analytics or Data Science, with an expected graduation in 2026 or 2027.
- Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- Possess familiarity with data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI.
- Exhibit strong analytical thinking skills to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Show the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Display curiosity and a strong eagerness to learn new tools and techniques in the field of data and analytics.
