Key Responsibilities:
Implementation – Data Mapping and Transformation:
- Perform end-to-end file mapping based on defined layouts and downstream consumer requirements.
- Document business logic to transform raw data into standardized product specifications.
- Design, develop, and test ETL processes to convert data across formats, including cleaning, filtering, aggregation, enrichment, normalization, and encoding.
- Map client-specific terminologies to standardized product and industry concepts.
- Execute and analyze data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployment activities.
Troubleshooting and Support:
- Identify root causes of issues raised by clients, project managers, support teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, and implement effective resolutions.
- Respond promptly to support requests and deliver timely, high-quality solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, product managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including specifications and process workflows.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to internal teams and clients.
Compliance and Organizational Policies:
- Adhere to the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies, and procedural guidelines.
- Demonstrate flexibility to accommodate organizational directives, including role transitions, team changes, work location shifts, and evolving work arrangements.
- Comply with all policy updates and organizational decisions implemented in response to changing business needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a full-time Graduation degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
- Have at least 1+ years of experience in ETL and Data Warehousing within cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of databases, including Oracle and SQL Server.
- Exhibit proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as SQL, Python, and Scala.
- Have knowledge of cloud platforms, with a preference for Microsoft Azure and familiarity with AWS.
- Show understanding of Big Data technologies, including Hadoop, Hive, and Apache Spark.
- Demonstrate the ability to create, maintain, and manage technical documentation effectively.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Preferred Skills:
- Have knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems and standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
- Demonstrate an understanding of clinical processes and healthcare terminology.
- Show familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
- Possess intermediate-level SQL skills for querying and optimizing large datasets.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exhibit a high level of ownership and accountability in assigned responsibilities.
