Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve customer requests and inquiries efficiently through inbound and outbound calls.
- Meet and maintain contact center performance metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as defined in contractual requirements.
- Strictly adhere to non-disclosure agreements (NDA) and data security policies to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
- Complete all required training programs, upskilling initiatives, and e-learning courses as mandated.
- Participate in coaching sessions and effectively implement feedback to improve performance.
- Maintain 100% schedule adherence, ensure minimal absenteeism, and actively contribute to reducing program shrinkage.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a full-time qualification such as HSC, Undergraduate, or Postgraduate degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Pharma, MBA, or MCA, with 2025 graduates eligible to apply.
Skills Required:
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Possess strong analytical abilities along with good typing proficiency.
- Exhibit flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Reside within a 25 km radius of the office location.
