Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and efficient service to customers, the sales force, and internal departments by processing incoming orders and related transactions.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by promoting the adoption of digital tools and services.
- Enhance customer experience by proactively collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct research, analyze dashboards, review detailed product information, prepare correspondence, and mentor new team members.
- Collaborate effectively within a dynamic and rapidly evolving team environment.
- Adapt quickly to changes in processes, procedures, and product lines, and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
- Perform order management activities, including processing purchase orders through EDI and automated systems.
- Review and manage unavailable product scenarios and support new product launches.
- Handle expedited and time-sensitive shipping requests efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to defined performance KPIs and operational metrics.
- Manage customer interactions by responding to inbound written inquiries from customers and internal departments.
- Initiate outbound written communications with customers and internal stakeholders as required.
- Maintain compliance with performance KPIs and service standards in all customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Graduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrate the ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess proficiency in the MS Office Suite for daily tasks and reporting.
- Exhibit strong technical and analytical competencies.
- Have prior exposure to higher education environments, such as universities or colleges, which will be considered an added advantage.
