Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and work on multiple discrete projects concurrently, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Conduct requirements analysis and elicitation by gathering business needs through communication channels such as phone and email.
- Analyze and understand the current (as-is) and future (to-be) business and system requirements.
- Manage project scope by collaborating with stakeholders to prevent scope creep and ensure delivery of all agreed requirements.
- Perform project estimation, including business analysis efforts and coordination of development estimates.
- Track and report project metrics to monitor progress and performance of ongoing initiatives.
- Develop requirements traceability matrices and business process flows to support development activities.
- Collaborate closely with developers to clarify requirements and support implementation of enhancements and new features.
- Create comprehensive test scenarios based on requirements and manage change transitions effectively.
- Execute various testing phases, including integration, system, and regression testing.
- Report issues, track defects, and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including training materials and engagement-level documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with multiple support teams to ensure smooth project deployment and transition to production support.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possesses 1+ years of full-time professional experience.
- Demonstrates willingness to perform data entry tasks as required.
- Has strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Holds experience in business analysis, including requirements analysis, elicitation, and management of requirements, scope, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies.
- Is self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative independently.
- Has experience working with US/UK clients and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Possesses an understanding of multiple business domains and various data/file formats used across industries.
- Has experience in creating business and functional requirement specifications.
- Demonstrates the ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to successfully deliver project requirements.
- Is flexible and able to work in EU/UK time zones.
Preferred Skills:
- Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate directly with end users.
- Possesses strong persuasion and communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively without causing conflict.
- Demonstrates expertise across multiple business domains and familiarity with diverse data file formats (preferred).
- Has prior experience in the logistics domain.
