Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of electrical/electronic components, mechanical parts, or embedded systems.
- Support CAD modeling, schematic design, and simulation activities.
- Participate in concept development, prototyping, and validation phases of product development.
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, including design reports, bills of materials (BOMs), compliance checklists, and test procedures.
- Document test results and assist in conducting root cause analysis for identified failures.
- Collaborate with global R&D, certification, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure effective project execution.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as UL and IEC, as well as internal quality processes.
- Participate in technical reviews, cost optimization initiatives, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Holds a B.E./B.Tech degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
- Is a fresh engineering graduate with a CGPA above 8.5 and no history of academic arrears.
Preferred Skills:
- Possesses strong fundamentals in core engineering principles.
- Demonstrates familiarity with CAD tools such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks, PCB design tools like Altium, or relevant simulation software.
- Has a basic understanding of compliance standards such as UL and IEC (preferred).
- Exhibits good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a global work environment.
- Possesses strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
