Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support services to assist customers and field staff with configuration, installation, and functionality issues related to Windchill products.
- Deliver customer-centric support by effectively understanding customer issues, leveraging knowledge of PTC products, and following support service processes.
- Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of Windchill installation and functionality, while contributing to the continuous improvement of the PTC Knowledge Base.
- Perform software configuration, replicate issues, troubleshoot, and investigate technical problems, while tracking resolutions in collaboration with R&D and QA teams.
- Communicate technical findings, updates, and resolutions clearly to customers.
- Assist in creating and delivering technical training and documentation related to installation, configuration, and troubleshooting topics.
- Collaborate with global teams and offices to deliver high-quality support for mission-critical customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a B.E. degree in Computer Science or IT (preferred); candidates with a B.E. in Mechanical, E&TC, or Electrical along with CDAC or equivalent certification are also eligible.
- Have 0–2 years of experience in Windchill functionality or configuration administration; freshers with strong knowledge of Java and databases are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Java and database concepts.
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
- Have basic operating system administration skills in Windows and/or Unix environments.
- Show a fundamental understanding of networking concepts and system configurations.
- Certifications such as Oracle Certified Associate (Java SE 8 Programmer) or Oracle Database Administration Certified Associate will be considered an added advantage.
