Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Data Preparation and Processing: Identify, collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources, and apply statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques to derive meaningful insights.
- Develop Prototypes and Analytical Tools: Design, develop, test, and deploy proof-of-concept models and data products to evaluate and validate potential analytical solutions.
- Communicate Insights and Visualizations: Present complex technical concepts and analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear presentations and effective data visualizations.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, quality, and service teams, to ensure that data-driven solutions align with business objectives.
- Support Continuous Learning and Skill Development: Continuously enhance technical capabilities by upskilling in Python, SQL, statistical analysis, and foundational machine learning concepts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Python, including experience with libraries like Pandas, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow.
- Have a strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques.
- Possess experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Matplotlib, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of SQL and hands-on experience working with relational databases.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently on well-defined analytical tasks.
- Possess clear communication skills to effectively explain analytical findings to stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to XP systems or similar medical systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience in developing and deploying production-level machine learning models.
