Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage assigned business units to achieve revenue and gross margin targets.
- Develop and execute pricing, coupon, and promotional strategies to drive sales and profitability.
- Monitor sales performance and return on investment (ROI) using dashboards and data analytics.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine optimal pricing strategies.
- Analyze traffic trends and customer funnel metrics to improve traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify issues affecting performance and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement pricing and promotional changes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree such as B.Tech, M.Tech, or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team environment.
