Key Responsibilities:
- Use advanced analytics techniques to develop business solutions that enhance understanding of the organization’s customers, processes, channels, and products.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define detailed business questions, identify problems, and explore opportunities that can be addressed through advanced analytics.
- Ensure that both new and existing processes are designed to be efficient, simplified, and automated wherever possible.
- Work in an Agile environment within multi-disciplinary data and analytics teams to deliver agreed project goals and sprint outcomes.
- Coordinate resources across the analytics team and broader business functions to support successful project delivery.
- Perform complex data engineering tasks to build scalable data architectures and transform raw data into formats usable by analysts and data scientists.
- Develop and implement automated data engineering pipelines by eliminating manual processes and improving workflow efficiency.
- Utilize modern tools, technologies, and methodologies to conduct advanced analytics and improve analytical capabilities.
- Communicate insights and progress updates to key stakeholders by presenting analytics, data science, and data engineering outcomes in a clear and business-focused manner.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate a strong passion for data and analytics with a solid understanding of data architecture, key tools, and relevant programming languages.
- Possess proficiency in advanced analytics and the ability to translate complex data into clear visualizations and actionable insights using appropriate systems and tools.
- Exhibit sound knowledge of the financial services industry, with the ability to identify broader business impacts, risks, and opportunities.
- Demonstrate the ability to connect insights across multiple processes and outputs to support informed business decision-making.
- Possess hands-on development experience in SQL and SQL Server for data querying, management, and analysis.
- Have experience developing connectivity solutions for cloud-based data sources, including AWS, Snowflake, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Enable and support the technical implementation of AWS SMUS capabilities within data consumption processes.
- Implement data protection measures and restricted data access mechanisms to ensure secure data handling.
- Possess strong knowledge of data engineering and decisioning disciplines, with more than five years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
