Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that assigned premium processing tasks are completed accurately and within the defined timelines.
- Escalate queries to Senior Technicians when activities cannot be completed or clarification is required.
- Actively participate in feedback discussions and engage in continuous personal development.
- Contribute to delivering services in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Adhere to and support all company policies, compliance standards, risk management guidelines, and audit requirements.
- Successfully complete all assigned training programs and assessment exercises provided by the Compliance and Training departments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification.
- Demonstrate an understanding of insurance and its role in supporting business operations.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Show the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Display a strong aptitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Have prior experience working within the financial services sector, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment across diverse subject areas and business operations, both independently and as part of a team.
