Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the assigned mentor to design, develop, and maintain code using Python, Golang, or similar programming languages.
- Contribute to adding new features and enhancements while debugging, identifying, and tracking issues in products such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Red Hat OpenShift.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Engineering, Design, Product Management, and Documentation teams, throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Engage and network with other interns to share knowledge, collaborate on learning opportunities, and build professional connections.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology (Computer Science or Information Technology), Science, Computer Applications, or an equivalent discipline.
- Demonstrate working proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Possess a basic understanding of Software Engineering concepts, along with foundational knowledge and a willingness to work with programming languages such as Python, Golang, or similar technologies.
- Show strong passion, curiosity, and enthusiasm for building new solutions and understanding how systems and technologies work internally.
- Exhibit a proactive attitude, strong willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
