Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Processing and EDI:
- Perform invoice validation and registration activities in accordance with established procedures.
- Execute two-way and three-way invoice matching processes and handle discrepancies or errors effectively.
- Address and resolve queries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
Payments:
- Prepare and execute payment proposals as per defined schedules and guidelines.
- Identify and manage payment-related exceptions, ensuring accurate resolution.
Vendor Account Management (PARMA):
- Create new vendor accounts in the system following compliance requirements.
- Update and modify existing vendor accounts as necessary, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Graduation degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related business discipline.
Required Skills:
- Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Exhibit effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Have a good understanding of fundamental accounting concepts.
- Be flexible to work in any assigned shift.
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
- Maintain a high level of integrity with a professional attitude.
- Show eagerness to learn and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess working knowledge of SAP or Oracle systems, which would be considered an added advantage.
