Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement enhancements, updates, and modifications for specific components and subsystems of systems software, including operating systems, compilers, networking modules, utilities, databases, and internet-related tools.
- Execute defined test plans and protocols for assigned code segments, and proactively identify, document, and resolve defects through systematic debugging.
- Build a strong understanding of software systems design and foster effective collaboration with internal teams and outsourced development partners.
- Contribute as a member of cross-functional project teams to deliver reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions for low to moderately complex products.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent discipline.
- Possess 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Demonstrate knowledge or practical exposure to software systems design tools and programming languages.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Show understanding of software design principles for systems operating across multiple platform types.
- Possess foundational knowledge of coding, testing, and debugging processes.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English and the local language.
Additional Skills:
- Have familiarity with cloud architectures and distributed computing concepts.
- Demonstrate cross-domain knowledge and apply design thinking principles in solution development.
- Possess strong development fundamentals with exposure to DevOps practices.
- Show understanding of microservices architecture and full-stack development concepts.
- Maintain a security-first mindset in application design and implementation.
- Demonstrate knowledge of solution design, testing, automation, and user experience (UX) principles.
