Key Responsibilities:
- Apply software and systems knowledge to support the design, development, modification, and validation of test cases for embedded software, cloud software, system algorithms, application software, automation tools, and specialized utility programs.
- Implement basic test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures to identify defects or failures within specific areas of the code.
- Develop and execute functional test cases to ensure features perform according to defined requirements.
- Assist in identifying, analyzing, and documenting software defects in a structured and detailed manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project team members to achieve project objectives and enhance overall product quality.
- Support the development and maintenance of automated test cases and scripts to improve testing efficiency and productivity.
Level of Responsibility:
- Perform assigned tasks under supervision and follow established guidelines and procedures.
- Make decisions that impact the immediate area of responsibility or assigned work group.
- Utilize effective verbal and written communication skills to convey routine and factual information clearly and accurately.
