Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct real-time Video KYC sessions with customers in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Verify customer identities using Officially Valid Documents (OVDs), such as Aadhaar and PAN, in accordance with prescribed guidelines.
- Perform liveliness detection, geo-tagging, and facial recognition checks during sessions to ensure customer authenticity.
- Record and securely store video interactions in line with RBI’s Video Customer Identification Process (VCIP) guidelines.
- Validate customer details against supporting documents and ensure accurate data entry into the KYC system.
- Identify potential discrepancies, suspicious activities, or fraudulent cases and promptly escalate them to the Compliance or Risk team.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information and adhere to established data privacy and security protocols.
- Achieve daily and monthly verification targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes related to VCIP, KYC norms, and internal policy revisions.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance the VCIP process, tools, and overall customer experience.
