Key Responsibilities:
- Design and document requirements for small systems or modules within medium to large-scale environments.
- Apply fundamental software engineering principles while following established guidelines and instructions.
- Provide constructive feedback during release processes, code reviews, and design reviews to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Quickly learn and apply new concepts and technologies, demonstrating a collaborative attitude and actively sharing knowledge with team members.
- Implement modern software development practices, including serverless computing, microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to integrate systems with existing corporate product platforms.
- Contribute to technology roadmap planning and architecture discussions by translating business requirements and strategic vision into practical solutions.
- Actively participate in an agile engineering team environment and leverage automation within the assigned scope of work.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in Java software development.
- At least 6 months of experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Strong ability to work as a self-starter, effectively adapting to shifting priorities with minimal supervision.
- Experience in UI development using technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, Angular, and Bootstrap.
- Proficiency in backend technologies including Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, SOA, and Microservices architecture.
- Experience with source code management tools such as SVN, Git, and GitHub, along with build tools like Maven and Gradle.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum and XP.
- Working knowledge of relational databases, including SQL Server and MySQL.
- Experience using Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence, along with GitHub.
- Experience developing applications using modern JDK versions (1.7 and above).
- Exposure to automated testing tools such as JUnit, Selenium, LoadRunner, and SoapUI.
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a self-driven environment and effectively manage changing priorities.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with relational databases such as SQL Server and MySQL.
- Knowledge of graph mining techniques and graph data modeling concepts.
- Passion for exploring emerging technologies and the ability to quickly evaluate their business value and implementation feasibility.
- Experience working with large-scale (petabyte-level) datasets using advanced SQL and big data technologies such as Spark, Dataflow, BigQuery, and Snowflake in cloud environments (preferably AWS or GCP).
- Foundational knowledge of classical machine learning, statistical modeling, and natural language processing (NLP).
