Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business objectives and informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data-driven solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify new business opportunities, improve performance, and support optimization initiatives.
- Design, implement, and maintain data models, statistical methods, and algorithms to enable predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity by conducting regular data validation, cleansing, and monitoring activities.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics to continuously improve analytical capabilities.
- Present analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Exhibit proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar technologies.
- Possess hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Possess knowledge and experience in writing and executing queries using data analysis and database tools.
- Hold certifications in Data Technology, Agile methodologies, or project management frameworks.
- Demonstrate familiarity with machine learning techniques, tools, and basic predictive analytics concepts.
