Key Responsibilities:
- AI Solution Development: Build, develop, and deploy AI-driven tools and workflows using platforms such as Copilot Studio, UiPath, and other automation frameworks.
- Integration and Enablement: Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, including SharePoint, Microsoft 365, external APIs, and knowledge bases, to ensure seamless interoperability and functionality.
- Process Automation: Identify repetitive and manual processes, and design intelligent automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote AI adoption, improve AI literacy, develop best-practice documentation, and support internal training programs.
- Governance and Compliance: Work closely with cybersecurity teams to implement data protection measures, perform threat modeling, and ensure AI solutions comply with organizational security, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Security and Identity Integration: Ensure secure AI agent interactions by implementing encryption, authentication, and authorization mechanisms, and integrate solutions with identity platforms such as OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, Entra ID, and AD FS for secure access control.
- Continuous Improvement: Collect stakeholder feedback, continuously enhance AI solutions, and contribute to innovation, scalability, and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience in software development or AI/ML engineering are eligible to apply.
- Must have a strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, machine learning pipelines, and automation tools.
- Should have hands-on experience or academic coursework involving Copilot Studio, UiPath, and SharePoint.
- Must have knowledge of cloud-based AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and/or Google Vertex AI.
- Should have knowledge of scalable context management solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), semantic chunking, and memory persistence for long-horizon tasks.
- Must be capable of implementing multi-agent workflows to support complex tasks such as decision-making, negotiation, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Should be able to design, implement, and manage context-aware systems using Model Context Protocol (MCP), including prompt engineering, memory management, and context window optimization for large language models.
- Must be familiar with cloud platforms, API integrations, and data quality validation techniques.
- Should have familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks and multi-agent systems using Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication.
- Must have knowledge of common programming and development technologies, including .NET, C#, Python, Java, API development, SQL, PowerShell, and Unix shell scripting.
- Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Should have strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Should have exposure to generative AI technologies, prompt engineering, or agent-based systems.
- Should demonstrate an interest in AI governance, security, and ethical AI frameworks.
- Must have the ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements and deliver rapid solutions while maintaining enterprise standards.
