Key Responsibilities:
Technical Scope and Data Management:
- Manage the technical scope of projects in alignment with business and client requirements throughout all project stages.
- Gather and analyze data from multiple sources, including data warehouses, databases, and data integration systems, to identify patterns and trends.
- Develop and implement record management processes, policies, and data governance standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all organizational levels to understand their business needs and data requirements.
- Provide clients with sales data, proposals, analytical insights, and account performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and automate data-related processes.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated data collection, processing, and reporting workflows.
- Evaluate, select, and implement external tools and services to support data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance.
- Define, monitor, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business and operational performance.
Data Analysis, Reporting, and Insights:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand data structures, content, and business context.
- Design, execute, and analyze surveys to meet client-specific business and analytical requirements.
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets related to client operations and prepare detailed analytical reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and performance reports to present business insights, trends, and benchmarking analysis.
- Perform data mining and advanced analysis on large datasets to generate meaningful insights and present findings to management using reporting tools.
- Develop predictive models and deliver data-driven insights to support client decision-making and strategic planning.

Skills:
- Demonstrate mandatory proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
