Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Management:
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, including sales records, service data, customer feedback, and digital platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all data sources by performing regular validation and quality checks.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Perform detailed analysis of aftersales data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that support business decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and update dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and relevant business metrics.
- Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc analytical reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Insights and Recommendations:
- Analyze parts marketing data to identify demand trends and support effective inventory planning and optimization.
- Assist product support teams by identifying recurring issues and recommending preventive and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with digital services teams to analyze customer usage data and recommend improvements to digital platforms and service offerings.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with parts marketing, product support, and digital services teams to understand their data requirements and business objectives.
- Communicate analytical findings, insights, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis and aftersales service analytics.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to improving data analysis methodologies, tools, and reporting processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrates proven experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within the automotive or heavy machinery industry.
- Shows proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, including SQL, Python, R, and Excel, along with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
- Applies strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and generate meaningful, actionable business insights.
- Exhibits excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintains a high level of attention to detail, along with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrates the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
