Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, store, and analyze data related to various client-defined parameters to support business decision-making.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data through proper validation, processing, and analysis.
- Gather raw data, analyze patterns and trends, and derive meaningful insights for business and organizational use.
- Clean, organize, and present analyzed data in a structured format for stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Solve routine data-related issues by following established procedures, guidelines, and standard practices.
- Collaborate primarily with team members and report progress and updates to the direct supervisor.
- Execute assigned tasks based on detailed instructions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with defined processes.
- Work as an individual contributor within a team, handling responsibilities within a defined scope.
- Support operations that may require working in rotational shifts, as per business requirements.
- Validate firmographic account information in internal systems against industry standards, including address, industry vertical, employee size, and product details.
- Review and validate account mappings, associations, billing system order details, opportunity information, and profile data.
- Identify, triage, and troubleshoot data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and system-related errors.
- Conduct research and apply defined rules to recommend appropriate resolutions for data-related issues.
- Understand business review processes and identify critical scenarios or edge cases requiring escalation.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail while performing investigative data validation and analysis tasks.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting defined timelines and quality standards.
- Work independently, demonstrate initiative, and contribute effectively to data management and quality improvement efforts.
- Develop specialized expertise in data management processes, tools, and validation methodologies.
