Role Responsibilities:
Operational Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary backup for daily data integration processes, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely execution.
- Support and perform tasks related to security access approvals, departmental structures, and organizational hierarchy maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate system processing and maintain data integrity across platforms.
- Provide ongoing support for system enhancements, issue resolution, and troubleshooting across integrated applications.
Systems and Technical Expertise:
- Administer and maintain Oracle EPM modules, including Enterprise Data Management (EDM), Planning and Budgeting, and Profitability and Cost Management.
- Support Oracle ERP General Ledger (GL) Cloud Service, SmartView, and Oracle Analytics Cloud environments to ensure reliable system performance.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for efficient data extraction, validation, and reporting purposes.
- Deliver training and provide technical guidance to team members on system functionalities, usage, and best practices.
- Expand technical expertise to support Fusion Data Intelligence and contribute to enterprise data integration and automation initiatives.
- Actively contribute to the Chart of Accounts (CoA) redesign initiative, with increased involvement in Oracle EDM and related data management processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical systems analyst role, preferably supporting Finance or Enterprise Data Management environments.
- Demonstrate advanced expertise in Oracle EPM modules, including Enterprise Data Management (EDM), Planning and Budgeting, and Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS), as well as Oracle ERP GL Cloud Service, SmartView, and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
- Exhibit expert-level proficiency in SQL, with the ability to manage large datasets and develop complex queries for analysis and reporting.
- Maintain working knowledge of Fusion Data Intelligence or demonstrate the willingness and capability to upskill in this area.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills to effectively resolve system and data-related issues.
- Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
