Key Responsibilities:
- Support the analysis of complex, cross-franchise and enterprise-level requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Capture, validate, and document detailed business and system requirements in accordance with key strategic principles.
- Build, manage, and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation while supporting governance controls and quality assurance processes for key stakeholders and suppliers.
- Identify, coordinate, and support cut-over activities and implementation tasks to ensure smooth project transitions.
- Trace and map business requirements to the future-state design to ensure complete requirement coverage and solution alignment.
- Develop and execute test scenarios and test scripts at various stages of the project lifecycle to validate solution design and functionality.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide support to business users during the execution of UAT activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a recognized business analyst certification such as BAX, CPRE, or CBAP.
- Demonstrate a strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Possess hands-on experience in applying business analysis tools and techniques effectively.
- Have proven experience delivering business analysis within a technology or IT function.
- Exhibit strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively across teams.
