Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to identify anomalies, defects, and emerging trends within the global maps ecosystem.
- Generate actionable insights and prepare weekly performance reports for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed investigations of issues raised by product and engineering teams, providing data-driven analysis and recommendations.
- Perform high-accuracy repetitive tasks, including data processing and quality assurance checks.
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs), organizational policies, and compliance guidelines.
- Monitor individual work patterns to consistently meet defined productivity and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and recommend process improvements.
- Adapt effectively to evolving requirements within a dynamic, research and development-driven environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify anomalies and derive meaningful patterns from data.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with strong documentation capabilities.
- Willingness to work from the office in rotational shifts (5 working days with 2 weekly offs).
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution, along with a Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo.
- Availability to join immediately.
