Key Responsibilities:
- Identify patterns and trends related to machine failures, report defects, and collaborate with remote teams to resolve issues effectively.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and partners to provide updates and technical support.
- Contribute to the deployment, maintenance, and ongoing support of existing and new data center infrastructure projects.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Linux operating system issues on servers, including resolving critical or escalated incidents affecting large-scale environments.
- Diagnose and repair faulty hardware, including servers, networking equipment, and storage devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain switches, routers, and other large-scale networking infrastructure components.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience with the installation and configuration of network systems and Linux operating systems, along with a solid understanding of related concepts.
- Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting operating systems, computer hardware, and server hardware issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Academic or practical experience in Linux and networking, including system installation, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of hardware architecture, as well as experience in hardware maintenance and repair.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including network topology and protocol concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical skills and domains.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with others to resolve technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
