Key Responsibilities:
- Support Product Owners and Data Architects during the design and implementation phases of regulatory reporting automation initiatives.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues impacting regulatory reporting accuracy and compliance.
- Create, maintain, and update comprehensive documentation for automated reporting processes, including system configurations, data mappings, and validation rules.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of system architecture, data flows, and interdependencies across systems.
- Identify opportunities to optimize, streamline, and enhance existing reporting processes and workflows through automation.
- Collaborate with Finance teams and related functions to gather accurate, reliable, and relevant information required to fulfill reporting obligations.
- Perform data quality checks on regulatory documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to established templates and standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a Finance-related discipline, with up to 11 months of relevant work experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and a working understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and exposure to automation tools and techniques such as RPA, ETL tools, and Machine Learning; experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and exposure to regulatory reporting processes is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
