Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable technical solutions, including AI-based models, to support organizational growth and innovation.
- Apply a strong passion for technology to solve complex and sophisticated technical challenges.
- Build and enhance solutions for internal platforms as well as for multiple external client organizations using the Aladdin ecosystem.
- Leverage modern technologies and open-source tools, including AI frameworks, Python, Java, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Cassandra, and related technologies.
- Operate effectively within an Agile development environment, contributing to iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
- Actively support and contribute to open-source initiatives and communities.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline from a four-year program.
- Three or more years of professional experience in Python or Core Java, including experience with the Spring Framework.
- Strong experience applying object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
- Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience using Agile-related tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, take ownership of deliverables, and meet deadlines.
- Experience collaborating effectively with geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
