Key Responsibilities:
- Support the bank in achieving customer advocacy by eliciting, understanding, and documenting both internal and external technology customer needs in a clear and stakeholder-friendly manner.
- Analyze, refine, synthesize, and translate customer and business requirements to ensure they are well defined, consistent, and easily understood across teams.
- Support stakeholders and team members in articulating ideas and requirements using appropriate formats such as use cases, user journeys, user stories, and visual representations.
- Take ownership of team outcomes related to the identification, design, and delivery of systems, solutions, and features.
- Develop comprehensive business requirements to inform future-state solution design and support delivery teams in understanding requirements and their alignment with overall business strategy.
- Collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders to capture, validate, and document business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic principles and external or regulatory requirements.
- Engage with customers, key stakeholders, and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- An appropriate Business Analyst certification is required for this role.
- Hands-on experience supporting the design and delivery of automation solutions using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), UiPath, and AI-driven automation to improve operational efficiency and outcomes.
- Strong ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, including user stories and epics, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and shared understanding of strategic objectives.
- Proven capability in understanding business processes and customer needs, and translating insights into actionable, value-focused requirements that deliver measurable business and customer value.
- Demonstrated experience applying business analysis tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Solid understanding of Agile values, principles, and methodologies, with practical experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to peers and management-level stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills to build effective working relationships across teams.
