Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust SQL scripts and data pipelines to ensure reliable, high-quality data flow and accessibility.
- Utilize large language models (LLMs) through Python and internal APIs to build modular, scalable solutions that automate routine analysis and address technical challenges.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards that transform complex technical data into clear, high-impact visual insights for leadership and stakeholders.
- Analyze datasets to identify patterns, detect data quality issues, and uncover potential vulnerabilities in a timely manner.
- Execute technical tasks within broader project frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams, enforcing established policies, and conducting technical investigations into existing problem areas.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or possess equivalent practical experience.
- Have at least one year of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends, generating summary statistics, and deriving insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Demonstrate one year of experience in project management, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hold a Master’s degree in a quantitative or related discipline.
- Possess two or more years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Have at least one year of experience working with machine learning systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SQL, SQL-based pipelines or ETL processes, and spreadsheet tools, with the ability to use data to inform strategy and business decisions.
- Have experience in content policy, anti-abuse initiatives, and online content review, including the identification of abuse trends.
- Exhibit strong investigative skills along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
