Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Support the complete recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing through onboarding.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networking, and employee referrals.
- Engaging Conversations: Conduct persuasive, consultative, and sales-driven conversations with candidates while promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
- Candidate Management: Manage the recruitment pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and a smooth, positive candidate experience.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to align recruitment strategies with business requirements.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) along with an MBA in HR, Marketing, or General Management from a reputed institute is mandatory.
Preferred skills:
- Strong conversational and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and consultative, sales-oriented approach.
- Highly proactive, tenacious, and action-driven, with strong follow-up and execution capabilities.
- Demonstrates a go-getter mindset with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Prior experience or internship exposure in recruitment or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
