Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all assigned premium processing activities are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
- Escalate issues or seek guidance from Senior Technicians when unable to complete assigned tasks independently.
- Actively participate in feedback sessions and engage in continuous personal and professional development.
- Support the delivery of services in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Adhere to and support all company policies, compliance standards, risk management practices, and audit requirements.
- Successfully complete all assigned training programs and assessment exercises as mandated by the Compliance and Training departments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the insurance industry and the role insurance plays in supporting businesses.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Show a strong aptitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience working within the financial services sector, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment across diverse subject areas and business operations, with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
