Role Responsibilities:
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Design and develop software solutions that support clients’ hybrid cloud and AI transformation initiatives.
- Implement high-quality, efficient, and scalable code in alignment with best development practices.
- Ensure applications are high-performing, highly available, responsive, and maintainable by leveraging modern technologies and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and innovative software solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Analytical Problem Solving and Solution Enhancement: Analyze and validate system issues and failures, and propose effective improvements in collaboration with architects and technical leaders.
- End-to-End Delivery and Customer-Centric Support: Contribute across design, development, testing, release management, and troubleshooting activities to ensure high-quality delivery and excellent customer service.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Innovative Coding: Engage with stakeholders to drive technical discussions, assess the current technology landscape, and design and implement innovative coding solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C++, Python, or Node.js.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts and methodologies.
- No active academic backlogs at the time of application.
- Eligibility for entry-level on-campus hiring, with candidates currently in their final year of study and expected to complete their degree before joining IBM.
- Year of graduation must be 2026.
- Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech) in Computer Science–related disciplines (including CSE, AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, CSBS, IoT, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Blockchain, or related specializations) or Information Technology, with a minimum of 6 CGPA or 60%.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- Engineering background with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to work from any location across India.
