Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business reporting needs.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and modeling using Power Query, SQL, and DAX to ensure data accuracy and usability.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support informed decision-making.
- Support performance monitoring and reporting of key business metrics and KPIs.
- Participate in structured learning and development programs to build the technical and analytical skills required for the role.
- Assist with hands-on analytical tasks related to business processes, data models, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and present analytical findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Support analytical and reporting activities under supervision, following established guidelines and standards.
- Address basic issues independently under direct supervision and escalate complex problems as required.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned to support team and organizational objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline, with academic exposure to data analysis, databases, or data visualization.
- Meets any additional minimum eligibility requirements as applicable.
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrated application of data analysis skills through the development of reports or dashboards that communicate trends and patterns effectively.
- Comfortable working with structured datasets, including preparing and organizing data for analysis.
- Experience calculating, tracking, or analyzing key metrics through academic coursework or project work.
- Proficient in using SQL to explore datasets and answer analytical questions, with a willingness to further develop advanced querying skills.
- Participation in academic, personal, or internship projects involving data analysis or reporting.
- Exhibits curiosity and analytical thinking to understand data behavior and extract meaningful insights.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data organization and analysis.
- Demonstrates a strong learning mindset, openness to feedback, and a genuine interest in developing analytics and data skills.
